Scope of these terms

These terms govern your use of the Raghed website and the client portal. Using the site means you accept them.

They do not govern the service itself. Scope, pricing, response times and liabilities all live in the signed service contract between you and Raghed, and where the two conflict the contract prevails.

What submitting the quote form means

• The form is a request for a quotation. It is not a contract and not a commitment by either party.
• Submitting it creates no contractual relationship and does not oblige us to accept. We review the request and get in touch, and we may decline an enquiry outside our service scope or geographic area.
• The quotation we send afterwards is the document that carries pricing and scope, and it states its own validity period.
• You confirm that the information you enter is accurate, and that you are authorised to provide data on behalf of the organisation you represent.

The limits of what this site presents

• Package and service-line content is a general description for information, not a binding offer. What is actually included in your case is set out in the quotation and the contract.
• This site displays no prices, and nothing on it should be read as a price or a price estimate.
• Illustrative photographs and graphics are for presentation and do not necessarily depict a specific client site.
• Client logos are shown to indicate an existing working relationship and remain the property of their owners.

The client portal

• Accounts are personal, and keeping your credentials confidential is your responsibility. Any action taken from your account is attributed to you.
• Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use of your account.
• Your access is limited to the data of the organisation your account is linked to. Attempting to reach another organisation's data is a material breach of these terms.
• The portal must not be used for any purpose other than the one it exists for, and penetration testing or automated scraping that harms its availability is not permitted.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, graphics, trade name and logo — belongs to Raghed. You may view and print it for your personal or internal use in evaluating our services.

Anything beyond that — republication, commercial use, extensive quotation, or use of the name and logo — requires prior written permission.

Availability and change

We take reasonable steps to keep the site and portal available, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: service may stop for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

We may amend the site's content or these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force, and continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance of it.

Privacy

Processing of your personal data is governed by the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the city of Riyadh have jurisdiction.
