Raghed is a Saudi company that manages office facilities — and that is all we do. Specialisation is what makes quality consistent rather than lucky.
Our story
Raghed started from a simple observation: most offices in Riyadh deal with three separate vendors — one for cleaning, one for hospitality, one for maintenance. Three contracts, three invoices, and three parties chased by an administrator whose actual job is something else.
So we built the company on the opposite idea: one provider accountable for the whole working environment, with a stable team that knows your building and one account manager to call. We do not work in factories, hospitals or residential compounds — we work in offices only, because specialisation is what makes standards documentable and repeatable.
