Why there is no price on this page

Because any number we put here would be wrong. The cost of managing an office's facilities depends on area, headcount, the number of zones, procedure frequency, working hours and the number of sites — and two offices with identical headcounts can differ substantially because one receives guests daily and the other does not.

So instead of an indicative number that changes at signature, we visit the site, define the scope in writing, then send a quotation where every line maps to a defined service. And before signature we arrange a real trial. That is one step longer, and a great deal more honest.

How to choose the right package

If what you need is an office that simply runs — regular cleaning, core hospitality, and maintenance that responds — Package A is enough; it is the operational baseline.

If your office receives clients and partners regularly, or you want a monthly quality report to review, VIP is the fit — and it is the one most of our clients choose, for exactly that reason.

And if the premises are the company's front of house, with hospitality at executive-meeting level and wider preventive maintenance, V VIP was built for that. Your sites need not all be on the same package — the choice can differ site by site within one contract.

Questions about the packages

Can we upgrade the package after signing?

Yes, and upgrades are common. The scope is updated from an agreed effective date, and the periodic invoice changes from that point rather than retroactively.

Can the package differ from site to site?

Yes. A single contract accommodates sites on different packages — a headquarters on a higher tier and branches on the baseline.

What is included in every package without exception?

Materials and equipment, one account manager and a site supervisor, photo-documented procedures, periodic quality inspections, and the client portal. These are not add-ons — they are how the service works.

What if my needs do not match any package?

We build a custom scope. The packages are starting points that shorten the conversation, not closed templates — tell us what you actually need.
