What happens after you get in touch?
We reply within one working day. A short first call establishes the areas, headcount, nature of the work and working hours, then we arrange a site visit where that makes sense — the visit is what makes a quotation accurate rather than an estimate.
After the visit we send an itemised quotation, and if it works for you we arrange a real trial period in your office before any signature. We do not ask for a commitment at any of these steps.
Questions before you write
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day. Requests arriving after hours or at the weekend are answered on the next working day.
Is the site visit free?
Yes, and it commits you to nothing. The visit is what makes the quotation accurate, so it is in our interest to see the site before pricing it.
Do you work outside Riyadh?
Riyadh is our primary area, and we serve the rest of the Kingdom depending on contract size and scope. Tell us your locations and we will say honestly whether we cover them.
I am an existing client with a maintenance request — is this the right page?
No. Existing clients raise requests in the client portal, where the request is logged against a tracked response time. This page is for new enquiries.
